Terms and Conditions

Ski Market Ltd., Inc. reserves the right to change or cancel the Ski Market Rewards program at any time. The Rewards program period for the 2010 Program Year includes qualifying purchases beginning on March 30, 2009, and ending on March 28, 2010. Certificates will be issued (mailing date to be at the discretion of Ski Market) to Rewards Members who spend $100 or more (net of sales tax, returns and allowances) during the 2010 Program Year period. Certificates are issued at the sole discretion of Ski Market Ltd., Inc. Certificates must be redeemed in full; expiration date will be determined at time of mailing. Expired certificates will not be renewed or extended. Ski Market Ltd., Inc. will not be responsible for issuing credits for purchases made without a Rewards Card being presented at the time of purchase. The Rewards Program does not apply to rental or lease equipment deposits. The Ski Market Rewards Program is available to Ski Market U.S. and Canadian customers only. Ski Market Ltd., Inc. employees or immediate family members and Ski Market Ltd., Inc. vendors, and suppliers may not participate in the Rewards program. Any fraudulent use of the cards or certificates will automatically revoke any and all benefits and the right to any further participation in the Ski Market Rewards Program.

Mailing of the Rewards certificates for qualifying purchases made during the 2008 Rewards Program Year (March 26, 2007 - March 30, 2008) is complete. If you were expecting a 2008 Ski Market Rewards Certificate and have not received it, please Contact Us and provide your name, address, and Ski Market Rewards Member number. The 2009 Rewards certificates covering qualifying purchases made between March 31, 2008 and March 29, 2009, are being processed. Once determined, the final mailing date details will be posted here.
